Some Baton Rouge residents are attempting to influence the East Baton Rouge Parish Library Board of Control into building the new public library at the Burbank location instead of the Perkins Road (Rouzan) location.

FOR ROUZAN is a group of concerned residents who live in the surrounding neighborhoods directly impacted by the Rouzan TND. We believe that Rouzan will tie our existing neighborhoods together forming a stronger, safer and more livable community for all of our residents.
Now that the rezoning of Rouzan to TND has been approved by the Baton Rouge Metro Council it is important that those concerned on either side of the issues with Rouzan stay involved to ensure the best possible integration of Rouzan into the surrounding neighborhoods.
